They can quickly find contacts that have been missed and follow up on them.

    AMPS provides powerful tools to build a list of people that you want to contact at the same time. You can quickly create the exact group you want to contact using various criteria to add and remove people until you get the list just the way you want it. You can review the list or a sub-set of the list and then copy or move out to another list the sub-set you are viewing. You can calculate mail merge data for each contactee and then create mail merge files from the data. At any time you can move to 'Individual Mode' and focus on one contactee out of the list.
